Terms of Service
These terms govern bookings, payments, cancellations, hourly service rules, wait time, passenger conduct, and liability limits for chauffeur transportation provided by QTS Black Car & Limo in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
1) Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or booking services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use this website or book services.
2) Services & Scope
QTS Black Car & Limo provides professional chauffeur transportation services including airport transfers, corporate travel, weddings, special events, hourly charters, and long-distance service. All services are subject to availability, confirmation, and operational constraints (traffic, weather, venue access, safety, and legal compliance).
3) Quotes, Reservations & Confirmation
- Quotes are not reservations until confirmed by QTS Black Car & Limo.
- Pricing may vary based on date/time demand, vehicle availability, routing, stops, and special requirements.
- Customer is responsible for providing accurate pickup times, locations, flight details (if applicable), and passenger count.
4) Payments, Deposits & Credit Card on File
A valid payment method may be required to confirm service. Certain bookings (events, weddings, group transportation, extended or high-demand dates) may require a deposit.
- By booking service, you authorize QTS Black Car & Limo to charge the payment method on file for the quoted service amount and any applicable add-ons.
- Additional charges may include overtime, wait time, extra stops, tolls, parking (when requested/approved), cleaning fees, damages, or changes requested after confirmation.
- If a “CC on File” authorization is completed, you authorize future charges consistent with these Terms and the signed authorization.
5) Wait Time & Delays
Transportation timelines are affected by traffic, weather, security checkpoints, venue restrictions, and pickup congestion. Reasonable delays do not constitute breach of service.
- Wait time may be charged when the chauffeur arrives at the scheduled pickup time and the passenger is not ready.
- Airport pickups may include reasonable allowances based on flight status, baggage, and terminal conditions.
- For events, pickup zones may be controlled by venue staff or law enforcement. We will use the best legal pickup point available.
6) Hourly Service Rules
- Hourly service is billed in hourly increments based on scheduled start time and end time (and/or actual use where applicable).
- Additional time beyond the reserved window may be billed as overtime.
- Route changes, added stops, and extended service may increase total charges.
7) Cancellations, No-Shows & Refunds
Cancellation terms vary by trip type, date, and vehicle. Your confirmation message may state trip-specific rules that apply.
- No-shows are non-refundable and may be charged in full.
- Last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable due to reserved chauffeur time and vehicle allocation.
- Special events, weddings, and group transportation may require extended notice windows.
8) Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Condition
- Passengers must comply with all laws and chauffeur instructions.
- No illegal substances or unlawful conduct in or around the vehicle.
- Customer is responsible for passenger behavior. Damage, excessive mess, smoke odor, or bodily fluid cleanup will result in cleaning/damage fees.
- We may refuse service or terminate a trip if safety is compromised. Charges may still apply.
9) Lost Items
QTS Black Car & Limo is not responsible for items left behind. If we locate an item, we will make reasonable efforts to return it, and a return/delivery fee may apply depending on distance and time.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QTS Black Car & Limo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed flights, missed reservations, or missed event start times caused by factors outside our control (traffic, weather, venue access, security delays, customer-provided information).
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11) Website Use
- You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit fraudulent information.
- Content, branding, and design are the property of QTS Black Car & Limo and may not be reused without permission.
12) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website or booking service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
