Terms of Service

If a client has provided consent to keep a credit card on file, it is understood that they have already agreed to the terms outlined below. These terms will be shared with the client in advance of their reservation to ensure full transparency and mutual understanding.

Billing

  • To ensure smooth and uninterrupted service, QTS Black Car & Limo processes payment three (3) days prior to the scheduled reservation start time unless other arrangements have been made for payment via cash, Venmo, or Zelle.

  • Full payment is required by the due date to confirm and maintain your reservation.

  • Reservations booked less than three (3) days in advance must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Hourly Reservations: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, or the full amount may be paid upfront if preferred.

  • For all Sprinters, Limousines, Minibuses, and Motor Coaches: Payment in full is required no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled reservation date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by QTS Black Car & Limo.

  • Failure to remit payment in full by the due date will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund of any deposit.

  • All payments are non-refundable within the timeframes stated in our Cancellation Policy, including but not limited to deposits.

Adverse Weather Hazard Fee

  • In the event of severe hazardous weather conditions, including but not limited to ice or heavy snow, that create hazardous conditions for the safe operation of vehicles, QTS Black Car & Limo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule reservations.

  • If the Client opts not to accept rescheduling due to a hazardous weather event, the Client will have the option to reschedule the service without penalty. Refunds will not be issued in cases where service cannot be rendered due to weather.

Drugs & Alcohol

  • The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited in all QTS Black Car & Limo vehicles. This includes, but is not limited to, substances such as marijuana, cocaine, speed, mushrooms, and LSD.

  • If any illegal substances are discovered during or after service, immediate termination of the ride will occur without refund.

  • Alcohol consumption is permitted in our vehicles on a case-by-case basis and only with the discretion of the driver and specific vehicle policies.

Damages

  • The Client and their party are fully responsible for any damage inflicted upon the vehicle, including interior and exterior damages, burns, carpet stains, and bodily fluid clean-up.

  • A carpet or seat burn will incur a $100 charge.

  • A sanitation fee of $350 will be charged for bodily fluids.

  • The Client agrees to be charged accordingly for the repair or replacement of damaged property.

Overages, Wait Times & Additional Stops

  • Wait Time: When booking airport transfers, please note that a 15-minute grace period is allowed from the scheduled pickup time. After this, wait time will be billed at $15 increments.

  • Overages: If the reservation goes beyond the contracted timeframe, additional hourly charges will be applied.

  • Additional Stops: During a one-way transfer, one stop (max 15 minutes) is included. If the stop exceeds 15 minutes, additional charges will apply.

Tolls

  • All rides include your first $15 in tolls. Any additional tolls will be added to the card on file.

Smoking

  • Smoking of any kind is prohibited in all vehicles. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.

  • Any violation will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

Lost Items

  • If a client misplaces an item in the vehicle, they must report the missing item within 48 hours. After this period, QTS Black Car & Limo considers the item forfeited by the client.

Cancellation Policy

Sedans & SUVs

  • More than 3 days before reservation: Full refund (minus any applicable processing fees).

  • 1–3 days before reservation: 50% refund.

  • Less than 1 day before reservation: No refund — 100% charge.

  • No-show or cancellation after start time: 100% charge plus no-show fee.

  • If cancellation is weather related, no fee will be charged and funds may be applied to a future reservation.

Sprinters, Limousines, Minibuses & Motor Coaches

  • More than 7 days before reservation: Full refund (minus any applicable processing fees).

  • 3–7 days before reservation: 50% refund.

  • Less than 3 days before reservation: No refund — 100% charge.

  • No-show or cancellation after start time: 100% charge plus no-show fee.

  • If cancellation is weather related, no fee will be charged and funds may be applied to a future reservation.

Hourly Reservations

  • Require a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

  • The deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show.

  • Balance payments follow the same cancellation timelines as listed above (based on vehicle type).

  • Note: Deposits, when required, are non-refundable regardless of the cancellation window.

Payment Options

  • All reservations require a credit card on file.

  • Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Credit/Debit Card (4% fee), Venmo, CashApp, Zelle.
