3-Day Consecutive Minimum

All Grand Prix itineraries require a 3-day consecutive minimum charter. This ensures your party has total vehicle exclusivity and uncompromised availability for the entire race cycle.

Chauffeur Lodging

For multi-day Austin itineraries, the client must provide or fund local lodging for the chauffeur. This ensures 24/7 logistical readiness and necessary safe rest periods.

Parking Requirements

Commercial stadium parking is not included. We highly recommend the client provides a VIP/Commercial Parking Pass. If not provided, any required staging fees will be billed separately.

What if we land at a private airport (FBO)?

Why is there a 3-day minimum?

Formula 1 creates a total logistical shutdown in Central Texas. By requiring a 3-day minimum, we dedicate a specific vehicle and chauffeur solely to your party, ensuring they are not double-booked or delayed by other clients during the high-demand race window.

Can you transport us from Dallas to Austin and back?

Yes. We provide seamless luxury city-to-city transfers that allow you to work or relax while we handle the drive from DFW or Love Field, bypassing the Austin-Bergstrom bottleneck entirely.

Can we leave our belongings in the vehicle during the race?

Absolutely. Because you are booking a dedicated hourly charter, your vehicle acts as your private basecamp. You can securely leave jackets, merchandise, and laptops inside while you enjoy the paddock.
