Luxury Party Bus Rental
Dallas-Fort Worth
Five capacity options from 20 to 45 passengers. Every bus is late-model, immaculately maintained, and staffed by a vetted professional chauffeur who runs the vehicle — not a gig worker with a commercial license. The celebration starts the moment everyone boards.
The Party Bus Industry Is Full of Older Vehicles and Unreliable Operators. QTS Is Different.
Most party bus rentals in DFW involve aging vehicles, gig-economy drivers, and post-booking surprises. When you book a QTS party bus, you get the same exacting standards applied to our executive black car division — because the standard doesn't change based on the event type.
The bottom line: QTS brings executive black car standards to every party bus booking: CDL-licensed career chauffeurs with full background checks and drug screening (not contractors who also do rideshare), buses detail-cleaned before every booking and held to a presentation standard that matches the photos, a rate locked at confirmation with zero after-the-fact fuel surcharges or cleaning fees, $1M+ commercial liability coverage, and live dispatch monitoring every active booking. For prom bookings, parents receive direct contact with the assigned driver and a strict zero-tolerance underage alcohol policy enforced by the chauffeur.
Are QTS party bus drivers CDL-licensed and commercially insured in Texas?
Yes. Every QTS party bus driver holds a valid Texas commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement, passes a full background check and drug screening before being assigned any booking, and operates under QTS commercial insurance with $1 million or more in liability coverage. These are not gig workers who drive rideshare during off-hours — they are career chauffeurs who operate under the same professional standards as the QTS executive black car division. For parents booking prom transportation, QTS provides direct contact with the assigned driver and applies a strict zero-tolerance underage alcohol policy on every prom and homecoming booking.
What makes QTS different from other party bus rental companies in Dallas–Fort Worth?
Three differences that matter: the chauffeur, the vehicle, and the billing. QTS chauffeurs are CDL-licensed professionals with full background and drug screening — not gig workers. QTS buses are detail-cleaned before every booking and mechanically inspected on a rigorous schedule — the bus you board matches the photos, not an aspirational stock image. And the rate confirmed at booking is the rate you pay — no fuel surcharges, no cleaning fees, no New Year's Eve surge discovered on your statement. The standard applied to a party bus booking at QTS is identical to the standard applied to a corporate airport transfer.
Vetted Professional Chauffeurs — Not Gig Workers
Every QTS driver holds a valid Texas CDL with passenger endorsement, passes a full background check and drug screening, and operates under the same professional standards as our corporate black car division. They're career chauffeurs — not contractors who also do rideshare on weekends.
Late-Model, Immaculately Maintained Vehicles
Every party bus is detail-cleaned before each booking, mechanically inspected on a rigorous maintenance schedule, and held to a presentation standard that would pass a corporate client inspection. The interior you see in photos is the interior you board — not an aspirational stock image.
Rate Locked at Booking — No Surprises
Your quoted price is your final price. No fuel surcharges added after the fact, no "cleaning fees" discovered on your statement, no surge pricing on New Year's Eve. The rate we confirm is the rate you pay — full stop.
$1M+ Commercial Liability Coverage
QTS carries over $1 million in commercial liability insurance on all vehicle operations. Every parent booking a prom bus, every bride booking a wedding shuttle, and every event planner booking a corporate outing has the protection that a licensed commercial operator provides — not a gray-area personal auto policy.
Live Dispatch on Every Booking
A real person monitors every active booking throughout the event. If the show runs long, if plans change, if the group wants to add a stop — dispatch handles it in real time. You don't send a text into the void hoping someone responds.
Prom-Grade Safety Protocols
For prom and homecoming bookings, QTS applies a strict zero-tolerance alcohol policy regardless of group composition. Our chauffeurs are authorized to enforce this and parents receive direct contact with the assigned driver. No other DFW party bus operator has a more rigorous underage passenger protocol.
Five Capacities — Which Bus Is Right for Your Group?
The right bus is the one that fits your confirmed headcount comfortably, not the largest one available. A bus that feels energetic and full is always more fun than one that feels sparse.
The bottom line: Book for your confirmed headcount, not your optimistic maximum. The five sizes: 20-25 passenger (intimate groups, smaller bachelorette parties, close-knit concert crews), 30-35 passenger (wedding parties, birthday groups, multi-family celebrations), 37 passenger (most popular — the ideal balance for DFW proms, concerts at Dickies Arena and AAC, and mixed group events — books out first on peak weekends), 40 passenger (large wedding parties, corporate team events, when 37 is just a few seats short), 45 passenger (maximum capacity for grand weddings, major corporate outings, and events where the entire group must ride together). The 37-pax and 45-pax have the least inventory — both book out earliest for peak weekends.
What size party bus should I rent for a group of 30 people in Dallas–Fort Worth?
For a confirmed group of 30, the 30-35 passenger bus is the right choice — it fills comfortably and creates the energetic, full-bus atmosphere that makes the experience. Booking the 37-passenger bus for 30 people leaves 7 empty seats and spreads the group thin across the perimeter seating, reducing the social energy. If your headcount is likely to fluctuate between 28 and 35, the 30-35 passenger bus is still the better fit — a bus at 90% capacity always feels better than one at 70%. Provide your confirmed headcount at booking and the QTS team will confirm the right vehicle.
What is the most popular party bus size for DFW concerts and proms?
The 37-passenger bus is consistently the most popular party bus in the QTS DFW fleet for concerts and proms. It is large enough that the group feels like a real event — the cabin is full, the energy is high, and the LED lighting and audio hit properly at scale — but manageable enough that everyone is still part of the same conversation. It is the first size to book out for major Dickies Arena and American Airlines Center concert weekends and for spring prom season across DFW schools. For prom, QTS strongly recommends booking the 37-pax 3 to 6 months in advance — fleet availability at that size is extremely limited during peak prom season.

The Right Bus for Every Celebration in DFW
Weddings & Receptions
Transport the entire bridal party between the hotel, ceremony, and reception venue — together, on time, and in the right energy. The 30–35 pax is our most-booked wedding size. Multi-stop routing between hotel blocks and venues is standard on every wedding booking.
Wedding Transportation →Prom & Homecoming
The luxury prom bus experience with parent-grade safety protocols. Our chauffeurs operate under strict zero-tolerance alcohol policies for all under-21 bookings. Multi-home pickup routing available. Book 3–6 months out — prom season books fastest.
Prom & Homecoming →Bachelor & Bachelorette
The last night of freedom — handled. Multi-stop bar crawls through Uptown Dallas, Fort Worth Sundance Square, or Deep Ellum. BYOB for 21+ passengers. Your chauffeur stages at each stop and manages the full itinerary so the group never has to think about logistics.
Bachelor/Bachelorette →Concerts & Stadium Events
Dickies Arena, American Airlines Center, Globe Life Field, AT&T Stadium — the party bus eliminates parking fees, surge pricing on the way home, and the stress of keeping a group together in a post-show crowd. Everyone rides together, everyone arrives together.
Concert Transportation →Corporate Outings & Team Events
Holiday parties, team-building events, and client entertainment — a party bus creates forced camaraderie in the best way. Everyone is in one vehicle, off their phones, and present for the event. A notably more effective team experience than a fleet of separate Ubers.
Corporate Events →Birthdays & Milestone Celebrations
The party bus IS the venue for the first part of the night. Multi-stop birthday bar crawls, winery tours, dinner-to-lounge runs — the format that makes the entire group feel like VIPs from the first pickup to the final drop-off.
Birthday & Anniversary →Five Sizes — Every Exterior & Interior
Exterior and interior photos shown for every bus. All vehicles feature wrap-around leather seating, Bluetooth audio, LED ambient lighting, and full stand-up headroom. BYOB permitted for 21+ passengers.
The Limo Sprinter — Party Bus Energy for 8 to 13 Passengers
If your group is under 20, a full party bus leaves too many empty seats. The Mercedes Limo Sprinter delivers the same J-style lounge seating, BYOB atmosphere, and built-in cooler in a format sized for tighter groups — and it fits in every venue parking lot a party bus can't reach.
The bottom line: For groups of 8 to 13, the Limo Sprinter is almost always the better choice over a 20-passenger party bus with 7 empty seats. The Limo Sprinter delivers identical J-style lounge seating, a built-in cooler, Bluetooth audio, and BYOB atmosphere — in a vehicle that fits in every craft brewery parking lot, winery driveway, Uptown Dallas loading zone, and Fort Worth Stockyards alley that a full-size party bus cannot navigate. For bachelorette parties, brewery tours, and concert nights under 14 passengers, the Limo Sprinter is the smarter choice.
Is there a party bus option for groups smaller than 20 people in Dallas–Fort Worth?
Yes — the Mercedes Limo Sprinter fills exactly this gap. For groups of 8 to 13, booking a 20-passenger party bus leaves the bus feeling half-empty and the energy flat. The Limo Sprinter delivers the same J-style wrap-around lounge seating, BYOB atmosphere (21+), built-in cooler, and Bluetooth audio in a Mercedes van format sized for the actual group. It also navigates venues that a full-size party bus cannot reach — craft brewery lots, winery access roads, and tight urban venue drop zones in Uptown Dallas, Deep Ellum, and the Fort Worth Stockyards are all accessible to the Limo Sprinter. For smaller bachelorette parties, birthday groups, and concert nights, the Limo Sprinter is the right vehicle.
- 8–13 passengers — right-sized for smaller, tighter groups who still want the lounge experience.
- J-style lounge seating — social wrap-around configuration — the whole group faces each other.
- Built-in cooler — keeps drinks cold from the first stop to the last.
- Navigates tight venues — fits in brewery lots, winery driveways, and urban venue access roads.
Party Bus FAQ
The questions clients ask most often before booking a DFW party bus — answered directly.
The bottom line: Friday-Saturday minimum is 4 hours (5 hours for prom, NYE, and large weddings). BYOB allowed for passengers 21+ — strict zero-tolerance on any booking with a passenger under 21. Prom: book 3-6 months ahead, fleet books out entirely during DFW spring prom season. Standard weekends: 3-4 weeks advance. The 37-pax books out fastest on major DFW concert weekends. No onboard lavatory on most buses — plan restroom stops at venues. Bluetooth audio on all buses — your playlist from minute one. Extensions during the event are possible when no subsequent booking exists; always book generously rather than counting on a midnight extension.
What is the minimum rental time for a party bus?
For Friday and Saturday evening bookings, our party buses require a 4-hour minimum reservation. This ensures the vehicle and chauffeur are fully dedicated to your group for the entire event — from pre-departure preparation through final drop-off. The minimum may increase to 5 hours for major events such as prom, homecoming, New Year's Eve, or large weddings. Daytime and weekday bookings may have different minimums — contact us with your specific itinerary for exact pricing.
Can we bring alcohol on the party bus?
Yes. Passengers 21 and older are welcome to bring their own beverages (BYOB) for consumption in the vehicle. QTS does not supply alcohol. A strict zero-tolerance alcohol policy applies to all prom, homecoming, and any booking where any passenger is under 21 years old. Our chauffeurs are authorized to enforce this policy and will not operate the vehicle if underage alcohol consumption is detected. Glass bottles are discouraged — please use cans or plastic containers where possible.
How far in advance should I book a party bus for prom?
For spring prom and homecoming, we strongly recommend booking 3 to 6 months in advance. DFW-area schools stagger their prom dates across March through May, and our party bus fleet books out entirely during peak prom season. If you are reading this in January or February and haven't booked yet, contact us immediately. For standard weekend bookings outside of major events, 3 to 4 weeks' advance notice is typically sufficient.
What capacity should I choose — how do I pick the right bus size?
We recommend booking for your confirmed headcount rather than your maximum possible count — a bus that feels full and energetic is always more fun than one that feels half-empty. Our capacity options are: 20–25 passengers (intimate group events and smaller bachelorette parties), 30–35 passengers (mid-size wedding parties and friend groups), 37 passengers (the most popular size for DFW concerts and mixed group events), 40 passengers (larger wedding parties and corporate groups), and 45 passengers (maximum capacity for major celebrations and large corporate outings).
What is included in the party bus rental?
Every party bus rental includes: the vehicle and a professional vetted chauffeur for the booked duration, premium Bluetooth audio system (sync your own playlist), dynamic LED ambient lighting, wrap-around perimeter leather seating, climate control, and a professional chauffeur in QTS-standard attire. Ice chests and cooler space are available on most buses. The chauffeur handles all routing, parking logistics, and venue staging — your group focuses entirely on the event.
Do party buses have a bathroom onboard?
Most of our party buses do not have onboard lavatories — they are optimized for passenger capacity and the social cabin experience. We recommend planning restroom stops at venues between legs of multi-stop itineraries, which your chauffeur will help coordinate. If an onboard lavatory is essential for your itinerary (such as a long-distance run to a casino or remote venue), we can discuss routing our executive motorcoach options instead.
Can we play our own music?
Yes — all party buses include Bluetooth audio connectivity so your group controls the playlist from the first minute. The sound system is tuned for group-level volume in the cabin. If you have specific AV requirements (microphone for a MC, specific input types), please mention this when booking so we can confirm the equipped vehicle has what you need.
What happens if we want to extend our rental time during the event?
If your group wants to extend beyond your booked duration, contact dispatch as early as possible during the event. We will check availability and communicate an overtime rate. Extensions are accommodated when the vehicle has no subsequent booking. We always recommend booking generously the first time — it is easier to end early than to scramble for an extension at midnight.
Are your party bus chauffeurs licensed and insured?
Yes. Every QTS chauffeur holds a valid Texas commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement, passes a full background check and drug screening prior to hire, and is covered under QTS commercial insurance. The company carries $1 million+ liability coverage on all vehicle operations. Our chauffeurs are not gig workers — they are vetted, trained professionals who operate under the same standards as our executive black car division.
Can the party bus pick up from multiple locations?
Yes. Multi-stop pickup routing is available and very common — particularly for proms where the group assembles from different homes, or bachelorette parties gathering at different parts of DFW. Provide all pickup addresses during booking. Multi-stop pickups are factored into the start time and overall route. Note that additional pickup stops may affect overall pricing, so the more detail you provide upfront, the more accurate your quote will be.
