Our stretch limousines require a 3 to 4-hour minimum booking on standard weekday and weekend reservations. This ensures the vehicle and chauffeur are fully prepared — the vehicle is detailed prior to departure, the chauffeur arrives early, and the experience is unhurried from start to finish. The minimum increases to 4 to 5 hours during peak seasons such as prom, homecoming, and New Year's Eve. QTS provides complimentary ice and bottled water in the built-in coolers of every limousine. We operate on a BYOB basis — if every passenger in the vehicle is 21 or older, you are welcome to bring champagne, wine, or spirits onboard. We do not supply alcohol directly. For prom, homecoming, and any booking with underage passengers, a strict zero-tolerance alcohol policy applies and is enforced by the chauffeur.

For spring prom and homecoming, book as early as possible — ideally 3 to 6 months before your event. DFW-area schools stagger prom dates across March through May, and our limousine fleet — especially the 18-passenger Escalades and Hummers — sells out entirely during this period. If you're reading this in January or February and haven't secured your vehicle, contact us immediately. For weddings, we recommend booking the moment your date is set — often 8 to 12 months in advance for popular weekend dates.

When a vehicle is rated for '18 passengers,' that is the maximum legal capacity with every seat occupied. For formal events, wedding parties, and prom groups where guests are in formal wear — especially full gowns, suits, or large dresses — we often recommend booking at 80% of rated capacity for genuine comfort. Yes. Multi-stop pickup routing is standard for prom and formal events where the group assembles from different homes across DFW. Provide all pickup addresses when booking — your chauffeur will be routed efficiently. For wedding day bookings, multi-location pickups (bridal party from hotel, bride from home, groomsmen from another hotel) are coordinated as part of your overall wedding transportation timeline. Specify all stops and addresses during booking for an accurate quote and timing plan.

Yes. All QTS stretch limousines include a privacy partition between the driver compartment and the passenger cabin. The partition can be opened for communication with your chauffeur and closed for complete privacy. This is standard on every vehicle in the limousine fleet — from the 10-passenger Chrysler 300 to the 18-passenger Escalade and Hummer.

The 10-passenger Chrysler 300 and Lincoln stretch sedans are the classic stretch format — lower-profile entry/exit than the large SUV limos, which some guests in gowns actually prefer over climbing into a high-floor Escalade or Hummer. The 10-pax format seats 8 to 10 adults in formal wear comfortably. These vehicles are a natural fit for intimate anniversary dinners, theater outings, and smaller wedding parties where a massive SUV limo would feel oversized.
