Is there a minimum hourly requirement?

Yes. Due to the dedicated nature of the service, most hourly "As-Directed" reservations require a minimum of 3 to 4 hours depending on the vehicle class (SUVs vs. Sprinters) and the specific day of the week.

Do I need to provide a complete itinerary in advance?

While providing an itinerary helps us assign the best chauffeur and study the routing, it is not strictly required. The beauty of As-Directed service is that you can simply tell your chauffeur where you want to go next in real-time.

What happens if my meetings run late and I need more time?

We understand that schedules are fluid. If you exceed your originally booked time, your reservation simply rolls into overtime billing, charged in standard increments (usually 30 or 60 minutes) at your established hourly rate.
